well, folks, on it's inaugural run up to Bitter Lake, the new church van was in an accident. an idolater driving a white Corvette wasn't paying attention and hit us broad side. fortunately, the chap hit the brakes and I maneuvered in time to avoid injury and serious damage.

wheels

the first church of dirt is happy to announce that we have a new church van:

we are becoming more legitimate every day...

also, Deston asked this weekend why it's the first church of dirt and not the first church of soil. well, Deston, I'll tell you: the word 'soil' smacks of science and elitism and yuppies. 'dirt', on the other hand, recalls me of childhood and fun and life and irresponsibility and all manner of other dirty pleasantness. so while soil is important, dirt is sacred.
